He has substantial experience in managing legal functions and coordinating teams in key project processes.
His experience includes supporting investment agreements and transactions involving acquisition and disposal of assets in the hydrocarbons exploration and production sector, including shares/interests in subsoil user companies and oilfield service and industrial enterprises, as well as conducting legal due diligence of assets.
He has extensive expertise in regulatory matters and project work within major oil and gas projects, including interaction with international consortia participants and competent authorities, asset restructuring, and legal support of holding and operating companies.
He also has practical experience in handling and coordinating disputes, including tax and customs matters, as well as resolving disagreements with contractors and counterparties, with a focus on risk management and protection of client interests.
