Experience & Credentials
Aituar Abusseitov is an experienced lawyer with more than 20 years of professional practice. He holds a PhD in Law. He is a registered legal consultant of the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC) and a member of the Kazakhstan Bar of Legal Consultants “KazBar”. As a partner at IPLC, he advises on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, trust management, and investment protection. He has led projects related to the restructuring of holding companies and served as the head of joint project companies. He has managed construction and development projects with a total value exceeding USD 200 million, and has also advised on the trading of petroleum products, export contracts, and asset recovery. His international practice includes arbitration and litigation in foreign jurisdictions. He also implements budgeting and control systems for investment projects and advises on cross-border legal matters related to private international law. He is fluent in Kazakh and English.
